Can I cancel my order if it hasn’t been sent out yet?

Yes you can! Just use the contact form to let us know you’ve changed your mind, and we’ll process a refund for the full purchase price.

Can I return my order if there’s something wrong with it?

Yes, of course! Please use the contact form to send details of the issue, and we can arrange for it to be returned and refunded. You’ll need to cover the cost of posting the items back initially, but once they’ve been confirmed as faulty, you’ll receive a full refund of your return postage costs (where the return service has been agreed on by both parties). You’ll also be able to get a full refund or replacement for any faulty items, including the original delivery charge where applicable.

Can I return my order if I’ve changed my mind?

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To do this, you must email thehoundslarder@gmail.com with a clear statement to let us know. Due to health and hygiene reasons, dog treats cannot be returned if they have been opened or unsealed (unless faulty). You’ll need to cover the cost of posting the unwanted (sealed) items back. Once the items have been received and confirmed as unopened, you'll get a full refund of your initial order (including postage).
